• The company’s shareholding should be minimally 30% Singaporean/PR
• The company is registered / incorporated and operating in Singapore. The company’s incorporation date should be on or before 31 July 2021.
• The company has at least 30% local shareholding.
• The company’s group annual sales turnover (based on latest FY) IS not more than $100 million OR the company’s group employment size is not more than 200 employees.
• The directors, shareholders, company and its related companies have not applied for the Heartland Visual Merchandising Programme.
• The company is operating a physical shopfront in the list of heartland postal codes.
