Delivery charges calculated in this website is subject to confirmation by Retailers Market upon acceptance of order and is valid for Singapore only. Delivery is only applicable from Mondays to Fridays, between 10.00am to 5.00pm. If special delivery timing or arrangement is required, a surcharge may apply and is subject to acceptance by Retailers’ Market.
If no specific instructions have been given, anyone at the location of delivery is automatically presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. Retailers Market is exempted from the risk and liability of goods after it has been delivered to you.
Delivery charges are from S$35 flat rate per way. Free delivery is applicable with a minimum purchase of S$500 in a single transaction.
Assembly of goods is calculated based on 6% of price of goods to be assembled, with a minimum charge of S$50.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS
We understand that you may change your mind on the purchases made for some reason(s). Thus, in our commitment to enhancing your retail experience, you can bring back your purchases in its original packaging (unused and undamaged) with your receipt within 7 days to exchange for any other items in our available stock range that can better suit your needs. However, we regret that we are unable to accept refunds. We can however credit your purchase amount into your account for future use (terms and conditions apply).
